The 2008 Annual General Meeting of VUWCU shall take place on Thursday 14th August 2008 from 6:00 pm at Ramsey House (8 Kelburn Parade). The quorum is 15 members.
A number of important things happen at the AGM:
- We elect a new committee to lead VUWCU for the coming year.
- Motions made by any member may be passed (by a simple majority).
- Our annual report will be published.
Dinner will be provided afterwards.
