In the middle of every year TSCF (the national organisation of which VUWCU is a part) runs a national conference. These are great opportunities to learn more about God and serving Him on campus, as well as meeting Christians from other universities around New Zealand and getting some inspiration. The theme of this year's conference is 'Lives that Count: Mission from McDonald's to Mongolia'. It will run from Friday 27th June (registration from 4:00 pm) until around 4:00 pm on Wednesday 2nd July, at Willow Park Christian Conference Centre, Bucklands Beach, Auckland. It will cost us Wellingtonians $180 each if we register before 2008-05-31, or $200 after. We are planning to hire a van to take everyone up and back; please let us know if you need transport.

If conference itself is not enough for you, MUCF (Palmerston North) are planning an 'Amazing Race' style car rally on the way up, and have invited us to join them. This will probably take around 2 days extra, and there will be an additional cost. We hope to have more details soon.
